Once again my name is Claus Dérisma.  I graduated from George BrownCollege In the Culinary Arts Program.I worked in a lot of great places throughout my career. My dream was to open a catering company and represent Canadian food at it finest point. Cooking and food is my life. Cooking great food with great Canadian Produces is a passion for me. I love to support the Canadian farmers and local market places that Canada has to offer.
